First of all, Agile does not equal Scrum although Scrum is Agile :) There is far more to Agile than just Scrum. This leads to my main gripe with this article...

Scrum is a project framework, NOT a development method. If you get this, then you should have no problem in utilizing Scrum in User Centered Desing, I believe.</description>
