		<description>I appreciate this article. It&#039;s helping me to think about social media in 2.0 kind of way. My organization struggles with the idea of integrating social media - many don&#039;t think of it as a legitimate tool. After reading this article I wonder if that&#039;s just being stuck in 1.0 mode.</description>
