Thank you for your great thoughts! I completely agree with you statement. It is our job to educate and walk the client through the thought process that led to the design decision. It really helps everyone get on the same page, as well as allows the client to learn about all the trade-offs that were made along the way. This approach is much more collaborative and truly opens up communication channels.</description>

One suggestion i utilize is taking atleast 60% of the presentation time of a design explaining why things behave the way they do. This will educate the clients and hopefully lower the resistance.

As consultants, I think we need to learn how to educate the clients. Stop just delivering wireframes, IAs and such. We create and therefore delivers an experience, not just for the users but also for the customer. Help them do their jobs and you will be successful.</description>
