		<description>It is always uplifting to serve others in any capacity. The only way you can guide people through any experience is by knowing the people. UXD is NOT being a Web tour guide, you need to really empathize and &quot;know&quot; your audience and their capabilities.

I worked for the Ministry of Correctional Services while going to university - and ironically, worked in research for the &quot;Scared Straight&quot; program. I didn&#039;t take away half of what you did.
