Try Marty Cagan&#039;s &#039;How to Create Products Customers Love&#039;.  It&#039;s not the same, but many similar ideas.  Also, Jeff Gothelf has a book coming out on Lean UX in the not too distant future.</description>

With my startup company we are using a scrum like development process currently, but your lean like process seems working much better.
The only problem for us, is that we are in a stage where everybody is still working at another company, but when our business will start to operate on its own, we will work in a way like this. 
Could you advice any kind of books, or anything where I could learn more about your method?
