Dianna Miller is professor and program coordinator for the Service Design BFA/MFA program at Savannah College of Art & Design. She has twenty years experience as an interaction designer, user researcher, project manager, and content strategist. In 2003, she completed studies at Interaction Design Institute Ivrea and since then, has conducted user research and designed service applications for WebEx/AOL and American Express, and facilitated workshops for sustainable small businesses at West Coast Green and Green Business Bootcamp, San Francisco.
