Always Brush Teeth

Straightening your teeth supports your health in two ways. First, it creates better alignment so that you can brush more easily, preventing plaque and tartar from building up; secondly, it can support your general health and wellbeing, helping you to smile more and feel more confident.

Some people avoid straightening their teeth because they don’t like the idea of braces, but clear aligners are different. Clear aligners are completely transparent, so they don’t interfere with your smile or quality of life; at the same time, they have the leverage needed to make a perfect smile.

Fluoride Toothpaste

Always choose a toothpaste that contains fluoride. Some people think that fluoride is bad for their health and avoid it in their toothpaste, but it is one of the worthwhile things you can do for your teeth. Fluoride can be harmful to the body in large doses, but it’s needed for dental health.

When you brush with fluoride toothpaste, you eradicate plaque and bacteria from your mouth, but fluoride also covers the tooth with a special coating preventing any further buildup of toxicity. Forget about whitening toothpaste and other gimmicks; fluoride is the most important ingredient.  

Flossing and Mouthwash

Flossing should be considered as important as brushing. Flossing eradicates small bits of food and plaque from hard-to-reach areas and stimulates the gums for better oral health. Compliment your routine with a mouthwash that brings balance to your mouth and re-mineralizes the teeth.
